Returns & refunds

EdenRose offers a 30-day return window on all products from the delivery date.

If you need to return an item, contact us through the store Contact page or the email on your order confirmation. We’ll arrange the return and provide Abbey’s return address when we set it up (please don’t ship anything back until you’ve heard from us).

Items should be unused, in original condition, with tags attached where applicable. Once we receive and check the return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.

Please note: many items ship from overseas. Delivery usually takes about 8–16 business days. Returns are handled by EdenRose (this shop), not by our overseas supplier.
