An order containing multiple products may therefore arrive in separate packages.

6. Shipping
Delivery times vary depending on the product, fulfilment location, destination and shipping method.
Any delivery timeframe provided by EdenRose or displayed at checkout is an estimate and is not necessarily a guaranteed delivery date.
International orders may be subject to customs procedures, duties, taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.

7. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable Australian law.
Approved returns are sent to an EdenRose return address in Australia.
For security and privacy reasons, the return address will be provided directly to customers when a return has been approved.
